This is regarding a Mole

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have mole on my left arm which is growing . It is black and have hair growth. Last Physician , I visited advised me to get it removed as it might be cancerous in the future. I have consulted few plastic surgeons but, I am really confused as one doctor advised me for stitches which need to be removed after 10 days and other doctor advised me for soluble stitches. Please give me more details on this. Give me details of best surgeons who do this at Bangalore.
