My daughter have 36th week pregnant. At the time of 32 nd week of ultrasound report placenta posterior with grade 3 maturity cephalic presentation. Can i expect vaginal delivery? Please help me.

Just based on usg report we can't tell if she will deliver vaginally. She has to get into labour with head position and should progress to deliver

This depends on mother’s age, parity and
Position of head at time of delivery. If head is engaged and no other complications like
Toxemia of pregnancy, or cord round neck ,them you can expect
normal delivery .
