Thinnig of hairs and hairloss

I'm only 18 years old but i am suffering from hairloss . My hair density have decreased so much from the top of my head. I've shaved my head 5-6 but it does'nt give any benefit and my forehead sides are now completely bald . I don't know what to do . Please give a solution so i can regrow m hairs Thank you
