If there is only headache present as a symptom and it comes after thinking or being worried then it might be tension type headache. These type of headache gives a feeling of tightness or something pressing on your head. Consult nearby neuropsychiatric clinic for detailed assessment and to rule out other possibilities. Migraine is psychosomatic manifested into physical pain. Having said that it's not that it's not real and the pain not bearable. So contact local physician and come to me for treatments for the psychological part
