It looks like tension headache.does it last for long duration, do you have vomiting blurring of vision, difficulty in looking at light etc?

Migraine is psychosomatic manifested into physical pain. Having said that it's not that it's not real and the pain not bearable. So contact local physician and come to me for treatments for the psychological part
