Thinker, not doer
I always love to do something great and different in my life with extraordinary thinking and hardware but eventually I end up just thinking. I'm happy for someone else's success but I believe I'll prove to be better if at all I work. Therefore I get depressed because I'm not able to to anything, focus at one place or remain unbothered and happy. I wanna do a number of thing but I don't know if I'm lazy but even if I start I get bored soon. 0 determination, hard work & knowledgey field of interes

Hi, I understand that you're looking for a life full of meaning and purpose. Overthinking can cloud our judgement and make it difficult to make decisions that can help us reach our goal. These aspects can be worked on in therapy and help you connect with yourself with increased self-awareness - identify and alleviate stress, help you make effective choices and help you find what you're looking for.
