My dad has this rash on his inner thigh. I applied Coconut oil and it has become better. Can I continue with this? Please do let me know if there is any need to go to the hospital since these times are dangerous to go out. Can I treat this at home?

This is a Insect Bite Reaction. Often, your body's immediate response will include redness and swelling at the site of the bite or sting. Minor delayed reactions include itching and soreness. Most insect bites are itchy for several days. Any pinkness or redness usually lasts 3 days. The swelling may last 7 days. Consult with a Dermatologist for further evaluation and prevent it from getting into a secondary infection.
