Thick urine leaked

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi . I m 16 weeks pregnant and I m having pale yellow discharge from bladder. It smells like urine and thicker than regular urine. Urine culture shows there is no growth. Please suggest what can I do now. Is it normal. I m diabetic and taking d protein with milk and on insulin . Please suggest.
