Thick poop in exclusively breastfed baby
Hi, my baby girl is 3 months old and she is on exclusive breastfeeding. From 2.5 months she is passing motion only on alternative days. Yesterday she vomited twice and I can see her poop today is very thick in consistency. Is it normal.? As she passes motion alternative days only her poop and gas smells. Attached image.
