There was blood in my vomit
I went in to work today and was feeling fine. I’m the middle of a meeting, I got a strong urge to throw up. I went to the bathroom to do so. It was mostly water but there were multiple streaks of blood. Not a red tint. Blood. There is no pain, just nausea. Now I’m still nauseous and taste blood but there is no blood in my mouth.

Throwing up streaks of blood with vomiting can be either because of forceful vomiting causing minor tears in food pipe' s lower end or stomach. But this looks less likely in your case.
Also it is important to know ...if you feel full usually after meals.
Do you experience any reflux of food content of stomach after heavy meal..
And any other symptoms.
