There is swelling on my ankel.
I am a Hotelier and doing daily shift of 10-12 hrs and 8-9 hrs standing work. Now I can see there is swelling across my ankle and feet. Please suggest what to do and also there is sevier pain under then feet and feeling vibrations in my feet.

Check your vitamin B12 - that can cause burning and vibration feeling in feet. Take some rest in between. Do ankle exercises to pump calf muscles. Wear some tight socks.
