There is itchy rashes scaly on my son

There is itchy rashes scaly on my son skin, it covers legs, head,buttocks & back, black and spreading, i av used lots of 3 in 1 cream and fulcin, but seems not to be working and it is running to 2 years now , please what can i use to cure it ?

If by 3 on one creams you mean panderm and quadriderm, you have done very wrong treatment. Those cream are not good and can chase side effects. I think your son might be suffering from atopic eczema. Ease send photos for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment. Do not use steroid containing triple combination creams as they cause more harm than good.
