There is irritation

Asked for Male, 18 Years

When there is hot whether or when I go direct to sunlight there is alot of itching ( for about 15 to 20 min then it is normal ) in my whole body specially in my back it has started long back I ignored that time because of hot season but it was also there in winter season also, I think this is serious. Please help me out Thank you
