Coming across benefits of thealife supplement for anxiety, I self priscirbed it 1 at morning and 1 at night . I totally lost my sleep and even if i sleep it's disturbing. Though I take etilaam 5 in night. I am on my 6 the day of thealife, should I continue?

Try skipping the night dose. Also, why did you start taking it in the first place ? Pharma companies and internet will tell you a lot about a lot of medicines, only a doctor can tell you the actual thing. Please see a psychiatrist- online or in person, if you're having any problems
