When was the last time you gave parasite medicine?
If it has been more than 6 months you can give bandy syrup 5ml now and repeat after two weeks.
But teeth grinding is not related to parasite infection. Please get a developmental Pediatrician to check it

Teeth grinding or bruxism may not be related to parasitic infection. It is a behavioral issue and needs a Counselling session.
