Suffered from left ear oto mastoid. Right conchs bullies noted. Mild mucosal thickening noted in left maxillary sinus. Doctor suggest to do surgery the modified radical mastoidectomy. Is that survey is good. Is there any better treatment for above problem any health risk for the patient.

Of you have recurrent ear discharge which is foul smelling and diagnosed clinically as cholesteatoma then surgery is necessary. Just by CT scan reports surgery cant be planned.
