I am experiencing a partial tear along the lunar attachment of the TFCC. I wore a splint for 4 weeks and took physiotherapy sessions using laser. I have seen some improvement but still unable to lift something heavier than 100 grams or so.
Can u please what I need to do next?

If you have tried wrist immobilization and physio and it doesn't show significant improvement, then it would need an open or arthroscopic tfcc repair with surgery.
