Tetanus vaccine ques

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have taken tetanus vaccine that cost 15 rupees 2 month back .after this I recently get injured two times by( 1) a rust wire( 2) a rust nail. in both the cases I got blood from my hand.one of our local Dr.is saying that I have to take tetanus vaccine again as accord to him these 15 rs .vaccine work for one month.The vaccine which is for 6 month is of 350 rs...is that?: I have to take vaccine again?:
