  4. Testis pain. What can i do?

Testis pain
When i was 5 year old there are a surgery in my right side of right testis and testis strech upwardside due to surgery . Now my age is 20 year .and when i mastubate more i feel pain in near the point of surgery. What can i do ?

Do a Ultrasound examination of the scrotum and Abdomen to ascertain the location of the testis if it's not felt by hand. If it is very high in the scrotum or lower Abdomen, then further imaging and surgery may be required
