  4. Testicular pain. Also. please help me!

Testicular pain
I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis on 29/10/2016,2 months prior to this i had epipidydomis orchitis after taking some antibiotics it came back to normal. Now the problem is right side testis is shrunked and the left one is swollen up with some fluid build with almost no pain in both the testis.No pain while urination or masturbating also.Please help me regarding this as i unbale to talk with my parents with this issue.
