Good evening. I'm having left testicular pain. It increases when I walk and with gas. Please don't me asking whether it is normal that left testicle is a bit longer than the right ? I have pain on the left testicle. Since 4 days I was having burning on my tip after passing urine for hardly 5-10 minutes. And even an urge to pee as well. I don't need to pass urine during night times. No sugar, BP or any other disease. No smoking, alcohol or any sexual activity as well. Is it serious ?
