Testicle was injured

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My testicle was injured in school days while playing cricket. That time, I had severe pain. After that, no pain is there. But I could see that one was damaged compared to other one . Is any surgery needed for this?. It is needed? or it will affect any thing after marriage? My penis foreskin is also tight only when having an erection. It is paining also. Any surgery needed? Could you please let me know who (speciaist) I should contact for *testicle* and *foreskin* problem?.
