Testicle pain, size difference

Asked for Male, 16 Years

For the past few months, I have been getting a pain in my testicles for about once or twice a week. When I get the pain, it usually lasts a few hours. A few months back, I saw a doctor about it, but upon the pain leaving, we left. The pain is getting worse now. I have noticed that my right testicle is larger than my left one by about 1.5x.
