Testicle pain
A mild pain in my left side testicles in past 5 days .the pain is not constant it comes and goes.there is no visible swelling and no visible variocele.there is no issue with urination .what are the probable causes..

Could be varicocele , neuropathic pain or due to infection , inguinal hernia  . Get usg doppler for scrotum with inguinal region. Then connect on call
