Testes related problem

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I got my scortum USG done today and the report show's "b/c testes and epidedymis appears (N) in size, shape, echotexture and vascularity. Few facio of calcifization measuring 2-3 mm noted in the tunica albugenia of left size" So i want to know what does it means? Is it anything serious?
