Was on IVF treatment till May and no LMP since May. No pregnancy.. can someone explain this.

You didn't mention your Haemoglobin. All the phrases like normochromic, normocytic, ovalocytes are used in relation to anaemia.
Your HbA1c is high.
Your lipid profile is completely haywire. I think you have written some figures wrong.
Your GGT is high.
