Accuracy of p24 combo test , is 99.8 % to 99.9%, 28 days after potential exposure.  You have negligible risk, but to clear your doubt, you can get tests done.

Your HIV Duo test result of 0.209 is completely non-reactive (anything below 1.0 is a clear negative). At 15 days post-exposure, a 4th Generation combo test has an accuracy of roughly 50% to 60% because the p24 antigen is just starting to enter a detectable window. While your early negative result is an excellent and highly encouraging sign, it cannot be called 100% conclusive at just two weeks."
Next Steps
Do Not Panic Over the 15-Day Window: "Your current negative result proves that there is no massive, early viral spike in your blood. You can breathe a sigh of relief, but you must follow standard protocol timelines to close this file permanently." The 28-Day and 45-Day Milestones: "To convert this highly reassuring result into absolute medical certainty, you should repeat the 4th Generation HIV Combo (Ag/Ab) blood test at 28 days post-exposure (where accuracy rises to roughly 95%). A final test at 45 days is universally considered 100% conclusive and definitive by global health guidelines." Screen for Other Oral STIs: "While your risk for HIV is practically zero based on the scenario and your partner's negative tests, oral sex can transmit other localized bacterial infections quite easily. If you develop a sore throat, painful swallowing, or oral ulcers, ask a doctor to screen you for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis."
