Hey. So i have some breathing problems and chocking feelings in my throat. What i mean by breathing problems is I feel like i can’t inhale from my nose as the normal way as if i’m inhaling too much air. I went to every possible doctor they examined my lungs, my head, they told me i have nothing. I went to a psychologist he told me a have a case where i panic out of nowhere and gave me medications and told me to come back after 20 days. After 20 days i found myself even worst, and i can’t go out
