Teriflunomide medication, MS diagnosed
Her SGPT increased to 58 and hemoglobin dropped to 9.3. She is on medication from October/ November 2019. What should I do since the medication seems to be affecting her liver. She did not have a recor. We started a new test drug from Sanofi once daily from March 2020. Pls help.

The rise in ALT is not that high to stop medication. A little rise is expected. Hemoglobin of 9.3 needs evaluation starting from type of anemia so that we can treat it accordingly.

continue with Medicine, do CBC , monitor LFT regularly.
