Teres minor pain
Hello doc! I'm suffering from back shoulder pain from past 1 and half months. The pain started right after my shoulder workout in the gym. From the next day I stop going to the gym. I thought skipping gym for some weeks will help to help to recover my pain. But the pain is not going away. Initially i thought it might be a bone or joint problem so I visited a orthopedist. The orthopedist checked my shoulder and asked me to take a x-ray. Then he told me that I have a muscle strain. So after researching i found the area where I'm actually having the pain is called Teres minor. What to do?
