My doctor has advised me to use Terbina cream for my toenail fungus. I am 35 year old man. The cream doesn’t seem to be of much use as there isn’t any significant improvement. Can Ketoconazole cream be used as an alternative? Which of the two is better?

Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Nail infection usually needs more intensive therapy.
