As 20 ng/dL is not in a very lower side, Try to get adequate doses through diet and sunlight. And about using Tentex Forte , One Tablet Daily is okay if it has been prescribed by your doctor. However consult with your doctor once again if you are using it for a long time or STOP it if you are using it as recreational medicine. Get Well Soon! 💐 Namami Dhanvantari ! Health Tips
Don't use Tentex Forte as a recreational Drug. You can always go for learning proper lovemaking techniques or Consult with your Sexologist if you have worries.

Better to sit in sunlight for 15 to 20 minutes daily as sunlight is the richest source of vit D. Concentrate more on ur diet and better lifestyle.

Yes, you can take a vitamin D supplement along with Tentex Forte. Both work differently in the body and typically do not interact negatively.
Next Steps
• Spend 15-20 minutes in sunlight daily (preferably morning sunlight) to naturally boost vitamin D levels. • Include vitamin D-rich foods like fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified foods in your diet.
Health Tips
Avoid overdosing on vitamin D, as it can cause issues like nausea, kidney stones, or calcium imbalances.
