Hi, it seems that you are going through some difficult situation which is affecting your circadian rhythm, but apart from that you are also having crying spells. You will have to consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist, do get a Thyroid test along with Vitamin B12 and D3 tests done. Since you are in Bangalore you can visit NIMHANS.
Next Steps
Consult a Clinical Psychologist for a detailed evaluation and treatment plan for the above mentioned symptoms.

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Whenever things bother you at night. Write them all down. Taking them out of your system helps the mind calm and relax.
Also consult a psychologist, who can help you cope up with loneliness and low mood.
