I have a tension headache all day. I want to trailer some OTC pain meds but worried if they'll negatively interact with my Lexapro 20mg prescription.

well escitalopram has wide drug intraction. u cn go for pain relieve medication as dere is no as such intraction. take tab dolo 650 wenever dere is toomuch headache mximum 3 tabs in 24 hrs.
