Tension and fear for silly reasons
Hi Doctor, I am 28 years old and I am a software engineer . This happened to me last month . I felt guilty on an incident occured before 10 years and I thought about it and tensed for 2 weeks . I got some panic in night by thinking about that. Later I told this incident to my mom and I got some relief . Again I am trying to think old memories and I am feeling guilty on it . Again I am thinking whether something happens to me or not.i am trying to engage in my works , but I am not able to do that sometimes . I tried meditation and it is sometimes helping me , I don't want to go with medication . Can yoga and meditation cure this ?

Hello The incidents in the past can be thought of as past and try to avoid having those past memories. The techniques that you have tried using can be helpful when you practice those daily. Try sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone close. Try meditation. You can also try consulting a clinical psychologist for the management.
