Tensed about ovarian ca
I am 26 and single. I had a laparoscopy in October,2016 for undiagnosed pelvic pain. The results came back as endometriotic cyst. I felt fine for almost 3 months after the surgery. But from January,17 end I started getting different kinds of issues which are still persistent. That are urinary urgency and frequency with bladder pressure without any infection, pelvic and abdominal pain and fullness, severe pain during withdrawal bleeding (3-3 months continuous birth control pills). I don't have urine infection as had multiple urine routine and culture tests done. My recent CT scan and MRI report showed multiple reactive lymph nodes in pelvic and abdominal area. Due to this, I am scared that it may be related to malignancy especially ovarian cancer. I am afraid as I have family history of breast cancer, and I know that breast and ovarian cancers are related. Also because diagnosis of ovarian cancer is very difficult. CT and MRI reports attached.
