Hi, Do tennis elbow exercises with physio. If it is not helpful then go for steroid or PRP injection. It is mostly effective.

PRP inj would be the next choice. however needs examination before. see a sports surgeon as there are now arthroscopic surgical intervention available for recalcitrant disease.
