Suffering from pain elbow area, Tennis area. Left hand pain is more than right hand. Is there any medicine or cream I should use for pain relief.

Dear, Tennis elbow is due repetitive movements which cause inflammation of the tendon.
Next Steps
Along with anti inflammatory tablets such as Zerodol-SP , Do hot fomentation, Ultrasonic therapy application, Use tennis elbow band ( to be applied just below your elbow). Avoid heavy weight lifting.

For pain relief you can take Tablet Flexion twice a day along with Pantop 40 mg empty stomach. You can apply Diclofenac gel locally

Tennis elbow is a inflammation of tendons around your elbow due to repetitive stress and activities

Counter force brace( tennis elbow splint)..to be used while u r working.can be removed when u r in rest.
