Tennis elbow pain
Feeling pain while lifting weights in gym.. More pain while doing biceps exercise.. And nearly no pain or less pain while push exercises like chest presses or shoulder presses. Back exercises are painful so is triceps exercises. Acute pain while lifting on the exterior part of elbow. Did icing for some days took 2-3 days of rest as well.. But the pain persist.. I am worried. I can't just leave doing exercise. Help me.
