Hi
If you do have Tennis Elbow, try the following:
*Apply a crepe bandage or a Tennis Elbow splint for 20 days. Don't apply the bandage or splint too tightly but wear it 24x7 for 20 days!
(You may remove it to have a bath)
*Everyday 5-6 times, apply ice over the painful part. Don't apply any balm/oil/gel/turmeric over that part.
*Tab Flexon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 7 days) (if you are not allergic to it)
Tab Pantakind (1 tablet before breakfast in the morning for 7 days)
*If the above steps don't work, you may need to take a steroid injection over the painful region.
Next Steps
Follow the above steps and do let me know if you have pain relief after 1 week.
