Tender chest, pain in top left of body

Question

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Tender area's to touch around top left of my ribcage and around my nipple most of the time. Also at least onc a day the area's flare up and hurt, then the left side of my face becomes warm, my left shoulder and neck become weak and hurt and the shoulder pain goes down the left arm. This all happens within about 10-15 minutes then goes. With the tender chest spots still there. Ive had chest xrsy and ecg and they both came back normal. Any ideas?
