Hello, lympnode enlarged n INFLAMED called lymphadinities. So u have to consult a general surgeon for Local examintion n  probably some test than start medicin in form of ANTIBIOTIC Analgesic Anti-inflammatory. It's a open free site but it is strictly against writing prescription as we read the COMPLAINT only. As well as we r punished by bycot the queries. So u need a PRESCRIPTION than go-to genral surgeon Ok.

Lymphadenitis can be caused by local infection. I would advise you to go to the ER and get evaluated and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem

Hello dear, at your age such swellings can occur because of local infections, but it's important to understand that the location and feel of the swellings can help rule out several diseases, specially if there is a background of fever, weight loss and other symptoms some of which can be serious!
