Temp increases during night
My daughter is 3 years old and she is having temp above 100 past 5 days now .I am giving p250 6 hours once and mucolite for cough.her temp is increases above 101 during mid night.she is active and eating well too.Should we consult doctor directly.Please suggest

Syp.p120mg 5ml once in 6hrs if the temp is more than 100 Syp. Sporidex 120mg 5ml twice daily Syp. Ascoril dx 2.5ml twice daily

Syp p cef duo 5ml daily morning and evening after food for five days. ,Syp cetriz 4ml in the morning and evening Syp p250 to be continued Nebulisation advised Get her CBP,CUE done. Monitor her activity.
