Telogen effluvium
I'm suffering from Telogen ellfluvium after covid recovery (Tested positive for covid on may 1st and recovered).. Around 300-400 hair fall per day now and I usually have oily Scalp that suddenly changed to dry Scalp after covid recovery causing dandruff and Hairfall... I have been prescribed with onabet SD lotion and dazit tablet.. Question is how to apply onabet sd lotion on Scalp.. Should I apply it on night time and wash it next day? Is it OK if I leave it without washing next day?

Better would be to apply it alternate day at night and wash it with a Ketoconazole shampoo next morning.
