Telemedicine for Corona Positive

Asked for Male, 29 Years

If one get corona positive then can any doctor gives in writing that that patient is being consulted by him/her over telemedicine? Actually it is required to submit to civil hospital for getting home quarantine. Please help. Fees is no bar.
