I brush teeth but my teeth remains yellow. And I also have bad breath.Is there any spray or medicine for bad breath?And somthing to get rid of this this yellow layer on my teeth...

Get cleaning done followed by bleaching if indicated. Can be advised after checking clinically. Bad breath should come down after cleaning. If any decays get it filled that should solve your problem.
