Hello sir. Greetings of the day. You need to visit an Orthodontist for a definitive treatment plan. You also need to get an OPG and a Lateral Cephalogram (these are extra oral xrays) done to help assist in the the treatment plan. Usually alignment of teeth takes 18 - 24 months depending upon the correction needed.
