Hello mam, pain is mostly due to infection of the teeth which would have to go for root canal if it can be saved if not removed. I would advise you to visit your dentist for the better understanding of your condition and get it treated
No tablet without prescription should be taken. Better visit a dentist ASAP so that he will recommend you the best medicine which are suitable to your tooth condition
