Hi,take some antibiotics like Clavam 625 mg twice daily and do warm saline rinses,however consultation with a dentist is required ASAP.

Hello mam, pain is mostly due to infection of the teeth which would have to go for root canal if it can be saved if not removed. I would advise you to visit your dentist for the better understanding of your condition and get it treated
