You will have to get it treated and not postpone the treatment. Based in the severity of the condition your doctor will decide the treatment. If it's very early stages of dental cavity a dental filling may be enough .Like I said the treatment depends on severity of the problem. The pain in head and neck may or may not be associated with your dental problem. To be sure of the issue. Please visit a dentist as early as possible.
