Teeth pain in right side upper jaw

Asked for Female, 42 Years

Wife is on Dialysis. She is having pain in one of the teeth on the right side upper jaw. There is visible hole in the teeth. Her right face and ear and head paining due to the teeth pain. What should be the best Dental advise and treatment as there is critical and present Medical condition of Dialysis ? Thanks !

Hello there! Pain might be due to exposed pulpal cavity. Still you can get her treated between dialysis . You should ask to nephrology doctor to do saline dialysis during dental procedures.
