Tooth may be tender for a few days after root canal treatment. Please check that the root canal treated tooth is not touching the opposite tooth on biting. That causes more pain.

Hi
Please visit your dentist and get it checked so that he can rule out the cause of your pain. After or During root canal treatment pain is common. But do go for a follow-up checkup. By the time you can take a painkiller as advised by your Dentist.
HOPE THAT HELPS.
